My stay at the hotel was filled with ups and downs. The rooms had a faded glitz style but were still comfortable, especially with the amazing view and a super-king bed. The service, from valet to desk clerks, was exceptional. However, the location, though scenic, had some drawbacks like a confusing maze. Dining with a view was a highlight, but the facilities were average.
The hotel sits in a lovely location up near the red rock outcropping mountains and offers a stunning view. The rooms, while featuring fading glitz in style, have balconies providing a charming touch. However, the service from the valet to the desk clerks was not up to par, contrary to the favorable location.
The hotel offers rooms with a great view of the lake on the Ponte Vecchio. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch to make up for any inconvenience, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. However, the waitstaff was unfortunately the rudest I have ever encountered.
